The Nautilus Escape Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Nautilus Boston

LLC ("Sponsor"), 300 Pier Four Boulevard, Boston, MA 02210.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21

years of age at the time of entry.

Employees of Sponsor, participating prize partners, their affiliates, agencies, and

immediate family members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Period

Opens: July 20, 2026

Closes: September 4, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET

Entries received outside of the Sweepstakes Period will not be considered.

How to Enter

Complete the official online entry form by providing:

Entrants must also agree to these Official Sweepstakes Rules.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random on or about September 9, 2026 from all

eligible entries received.

The selected winner will be contacted via email and must respond within 72 hours of

notification.

If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the required timeframe, or is

determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Prize

One (1) winner and one (1) guest will receive The Nautilus Escape, including:

Boston

 Chef's Tasting Menu for two at The Nautilus Boston

 Cocktail and wine pairings

Nantucket

 Two (2) roundtrip ferry tickets to Nantucket

 Two (2) nights in a Premium King Room at Faraway Nantucket

 Chef's Tasting Menu for two at The Nautilus Nantucket

 Cocktail and wine pairings

 A curated Nantucket itinerary featuring recommendations and select activities

with local Nantucket partners, subject to availability

Approximate Retail Value: Over $2,500.

Travel Conditions

Travel must be completed between October 1 and November 1, 2026.

Blackout dates apply:

October 9–11, 2026

All travel, restaurant reservations, hotel accommodations, ferry transportation, and

itinerary activities are subject to availability.

Reservations for Nautilus dining experiences must be coordinated through Sponsor.

The Boston dining experience and Nantucket getaway may be redeemed in any order,

subject to availability.

Transportation to and from ferry terminals, parking, gratuities, incidental expenses, and

any expenses not specifically listed are the responsibility of the winner.

Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages included as part of the prize will only be served to guests who are

at least 21 years of age and present valid government-issued identification.

Prize Restrictions

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize component with one of equal or

greater value should circumstances require.

Activities included in the Nantucket itinerary are subject to availability and may change.

Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with

acceptance or use of the prize.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name,

likeness, hometown, photographs, and prize experience for promotional purposes

without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud,

technical failures, weather, travel disruptions, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's

control affect the administration or integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process

or violates these Official Sweepstakes Rules.

Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Sweepstakes are final.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release Sponsor and participating prize partners from

any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the

prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries,

technical failures, or other issues that may affect participation.

Privacy

Information collected through this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion

and, where entrants opt in, to send future communications from The Nautilus.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Governing Law

These Official Sweepstakes Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of

Massachusetts.
